Our Story, so far.
Hi friends!
I’m Felicity, the founder of Pink Pelican Tours - a crew of country girls (including two sisters!) who love exploring new places, meeting new people and squeezing every drop out of life. Our motto is simple: Go have fun!
The Pink Pelican story began over a glass of wine at the Cootamundra Picnic Races. I’d been thinking about starting a tour company, and after chatting with Sophie, things quickly gathered momentum. Fast forward to now, and Pink Pelican Tours has become your go-to for small group girls’ trips to incredible international destinations.
So, what's the deal with Pink Pelican Tours?
At Pink Pelican Tours, we create unique, curated adventures for women who are ready for exciting travel experiences. Every tour has its own personality - from incredible food and local produce to vibrant markets, hidden gems, and rich culture - designed to help you experience a destination beyond the obvious.
We run tours in autumn and spring each year - the perfect time to travel, with beautiful weather and fewer crowds. It’s all about making the most of every moment.
Our Tour Guides, all based in regional Australia, bring a down-to-earth approach along with genuine local insight and experience. From must-see highlights to tucked-away gems - and knowing exactly where to find the best Aperol spritz or margarita - you’re in great hands. Each tour is also supported by experienced Tour Leaders who ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
We keep groups small, usually around 14 guests, so it feels more like travelling with friends than being on a tour. It’s a relaxed, intimate experience where connections happen naturally and memories are shared along the way.
All tours are all-inclusive, covering accommodation, meals, transport and curated experiences. We carefully select boutique stays with charm and excellent locations, always prioritising comfort and quality.
I’m so excited about what’s ahead for Pink Pelican Tours - and I’d love you to be part of the journey.
